Does this claim meet the contract's terms?
At the point of settlement, one side says the obligation was met. The ASR reads the contract first, then reads the claim and the evidence against it, and issues a report: one atomic record for each condition — whether it is shown met, against the exact clause, and what would close any gap.
A record, not a verdict. It records whether the evidence supports the claim under the contract — not that the underlying fact is objectively true — and it names the gap wherever the contract or the evidence falls short.
